Laurie is a US Army Vet where she served in the early 1990's as a Combat Field Medic.
Laurie has been married to her husband, Naz, for over 20 years.
Oliver began his career as the Hance Insurance Agency's mascot in October of 2016. This is when he chose Laurie & Naz's place to be his forever home.
He enjoys wrestling with other active dogs, long walks on the beach and eating Snausages.

In this video I talk about the most common homeowners insurance claim: Water damage. Water damages occur from burst water pipes, broken water heaters or failing appliances. These claims can cause a huge amount of damage and are very costly.
You might be asking yourself, what is Inland Marine? Something to do with boats? The quick answer to that is this coverage originated many moons ago to cover goods being transported from Europe to the New World via cargo ships. That coverage is called Ocean Marine. Inland Marine is an offshoot of that coverage to protect products, materials and equipment while they are transported on land. Hence the "Inland" term.
Hired and Non-Owned auto insurance is an optional coverage on most commercial policies and it's highly recommended to have it. This is coverage for hired autos, such as a rental vehicle and non-owned autos like an employee's vehicle. It covers claims against the business if an employee has an accident while using their own or rented vehicle.
